"Twilight" first dawned last November 21, 2008 and already earned $69,637,740 on its first week, outdoing Quantum of Solace and High School Musical 3 on its 1-week gross of $26,707,945 and $2,049,144.The low budget vampire romance based on the the Novel by Stephenie Meyer currently ranks Fourth in 2008's highest opening. Twilight as well kicks off a new breed of chick flick, luring almost 75% of its total viewers as women, outdoing Sex and the City, High School Musical 3 and the Devil Wears Prada on it's opening revenues.
Although Twilight did have vampire-action scenes, most of the plot concentrates on the romance of a normal-looking girl with a dashing vampire as her prince charming. It is a modern fairy tale where every woman's prince charming is reflected in the personality of the cunning Edward Cullen chooses not even to live without his love for eternity, Bella Swan.
As Harry Medved, a spokesman for Fandango.com rates it, Twilight is the most insanely romantic film since 'The Notebook'.

watched the movie twice last week with cousin and on the next day with friends.. =) Nice one..Love it!
